Can anyone compare the gas mileage of the following two vehicles:

1) F150 4x4 Supercab SWB 4.6L 5-speed 3.55 axle
2) F250SD 4x4 Supercab SWB 5.4L 5-speed 3.75 axle

EPA estimates or actual experiences would be fine.
Thanks,
Lou

Privacy glass? How dark is it.

I've got it on my 250SD, it does nothing for heat rejection so I added
aditional Titanium based tint darkened to the maximum legal in Florida.

Results are spectacular. I recommend doing just as I have, you'll be
satisfied.

Off thread, but that's OK, right? Good shops are hard to find, but 25 years
ago, when I drove a Corvette, I found a front end shop in El Paso that went
the extra mile for customers. One trick they used was to check out your
normal driving mode vis-a-vis passengers. As I was a single guy who usually
was dateless, the shop would put sandbags equal to my weight on the drivers
side seat before working on the car. Don't KNOW if it made a difference, but
it sure SEEMED to. Butch Davis-

Ford did a great deal with the sandbags (gas tank) it's on the same side as the
driver. Why the engineers did that is beyond my understanding. 25 or more gals.
of gas should throw something out of whack with the drivers weight added to the
alignement equation.
