Would a guy be able to swap a 52 car flathead into a 52 truck? Are the
engines the same or not? Main question is are the fuel pumps
interchangable?

I gotta ask why you would think there is any significant differences in the
motor itself? What would be so differet in the fuel pumps that would not
allow interchangability? I would be looking at the most obvious dirfferences
like oil pan sump location which is the problem with later model trucks.
Anything should be able to be swapped out, outher wise the blocks would be
different. That would be a total waste if it were the case. I find rebuilt
flathead fuel pumps at swap meets for less than $6. I dont see why there
would be any problem there at all.
